OK…I barely know who this particular “celebrity” is…but when I stumbled upon this photo of Tara Reid, I must say, I really, really love the dress…here are my 5 reasons why!

4. Could be worn over tights, leggings or jeans

ps…yes, I know her teeny-tiny butt is sort of showing in the second shot….
