International Opal Jewellery Award-Finalist

Recently I entered two rings into the International Opal Jewellery Awards, a highly recognised international jewellery design competition. http://www.iojdaa.com.au/opal-jewellery-design-awards.html
The main criteria of this competition was the piece must include an opal, and I selected this stunning stone for it's intense colour and fantastic shape. I am thrilled to have been a finalist in this highly competitive competition, with the above ring which I called: "Blue Moon"...Sterling Silver, Bronze Fresh Water Pearls and the most amazing large blue Opal highlighted in 18kt. gold.
Very much a statement ring
